Cancellation
We support order cancellation before the product is shipped, you can get a full refund, but after the product is shipped, it is not supported to cancel the order.
Description of Return
To be eligible for an exchange/return or refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the hair. Your hair must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It may not have been washed, styled, colored or worn. It must also be in the original packaging.
After obtaining the return qualification, the goods need to be returned within 3 days, and there are special circumstances that can be appropriately extended, and the extension time shall not exceed 7 days.
Non-returnable items:
damage/losses caused by customers are not refundable.
In the event that there is an evident defect with your wig from our factory , please contact WAVIY service team with relevant pictures and videos, we will notify you within 2 business days after receiving your wig, and provide you with a complete replacement service for the wig.No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
In the event that you are merely dissatisfied with the custom style of the hair you choose, how it suits you or any other characteristics which were clearly portrayed on our website before making the purchase. We we will assist you with an exchange subject to buyer payment of the return shipping cost back to our warehouse,We are not liable for shipping labels or return shipping cost.
Defective products by us
If our products are evidently defective and damaged, please give feedback to our customer service staff and provide relevant photos.After you received the package.We will cover the return shipping and refund you.
Exchange(if applicable)
If you want an exchange on a product that doesn't contain a defect, you will have to arrange and pay for the shipping cost to our warehouse in California, China.as well as the shipping costs for the new product to be shipped back to you. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you what the conclusion is and issue the exchange (There are no restocking fees charged to consumers for returned products)
Missing package
After you place an order,please double check your delivery address. If you fill in the wrong address, it will lead to delivery failure and destruction of the goods. WAVIY will not compensate for the loss caused by the wrong address.
WAVIY is not responsible for uninsured missing packages sent to the right shipping address. By accepting our terms and conditions pre-checkout you are consenting that you have read our terms of service and you accept that we are not responsible for missing packages sent to the right shipping address.
Send the wrong product or send less
Please contact service team, if the product you received does not conform to the order you placed, receiving received the wrong product or received less product, please provide us with the relevant tracking number and product picture. We will process it for you within 2 working days..
Return Procedure
1. Communicate with WAVIY customer service and explain the reason for the return. (If you think the product is unsatisfactory, please provide relevant video or photos.)
2. After we agree to return, please return the product to the correct address within 3 days and tell the tracking number of WAVIY.
3. After our warehouse staff receive the hair and check that there is no damage and meet the conditions for product refund, WAVIY customer service will process the refund for you
4. WAVIY will process the refund within 3 days. It may take 5-7 business days for you to receive your bank's refund.
