THE TIME FRAME FOR ORDER DELIVERY IS DIVIDED INTO TWO PARTS:

PROCESSING TIME:
All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for shipment within 3-5 business days of placing the order.

SHIPPING TIME:
This is the time it takes to ship an item from our fulfillment center to its destination. Delivery to the United States: 3-5 days, delivery to France and other countries: 7-14 days.

Shipping: Free Shipping.

HELPFUL HINT:

1. Usually, the local shipper delivers the package on working days (Monday to Friday) to ensure the safe delivery of your package, so you'd better choose the address where you can receive the package on the working day as the delivery address. It's best to keep your phone turned on during the estimated time of arrival, as the shipper may contact you by phone.
2. The delivery service we use requires customer signature for successful delivery. Therefore, please ensure that you or your authorised person is at the delivery address. If we ship to your shipping address and have signed documentation, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL BE BORNE BY THE BUYER:

1. If there are customs duties in the country of the consignee, but the customs duties will be paid by the buyer.
2. The buyer will bear the cost due to the buyer's delay in delivery or modification of the address.
3. For the buyer's own reasons to cancel the order halfway, or return the goods, this part of the cost shall be borne by the buyer.
